Skapp Enterprise grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and services subject to the following:

- Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- Use of the service is restricted to the subscribed plan and its permitted scope.

Skapp Enterprise offers three plans:

- Enterprise Pro: Advanced features for a monthly/yearly subscription fee.
- Custom: Fully tailored solutions based on specific requirements, subject to a personalized agreement.
Subscription fees for paid plans will be listed on our website. Payment must be made in advance, and users are responsible for keeping billing information up-to-date.

- Misuse of the service or unethical practices.
Upon termination, access to the service will be revoked, and any outstanding payments will remain due.
